Good value on U11 Pro

I ordered the U11 Pro Cordless Vacuum during a sale and was pleasantly surprised. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Texas, which was reasonable. The vacuum itself feels sturdy and has good suction for a cordless model. Assembly was easy. I haven't needed customer support, but the product quality seems good for the price point. The battery life is decent for my apartment. It picks up pet hair pretty well.

Saved money, good product

I was looking for a new robot vacuum and found the D5s Pro on sale. With the discount code I found, it was a really good deal. I got it for about $50 off the regular price, which made a big difference for my budget. It arrived pretty quickly, within a week. For the price I paid, it feels like a solid purchase and I'm happy with the value.

Decent T10 Elite, minor app issue

I purchased the T10 Elite Robot Vacuum. The vacuum itself is quite effective, it navigates well and picks up a lot of dust and debris. Delivery was pretty standard, took about 5 days to reach my door. My only minor complaint is that the app can be a bit finicky sometimes, occasionally disconnecting or being slow to respond. It's not a deal-breaker, and usually sorts itself out, but it could be more polished. Overall, I'm satisfied with the cleaning power and value for the money.

Consistent performance, great brand

This is my third purchase from Ultenic, this time the T10 Robot Vacuum. Like my previous orders (a cordless vacuum and an air fryer), the experience was smooth and reliable. The T10 performs exactly as described, mapping my house well and cleaning efficiently. It's nice to know what to expect in terms of quality and delivery times. That consistency is why I keep coming back when I need new appliances.

How's the return policy if I get one of their cordless stick vacuums and it just doesn't work out for my place?

S Sam Q. 2 months ago
Returns were super easy for me. Just initiated it online and got a shipping label. Full refund, no hassle.

I returned an air fryer last year, think it was within 30 days. You just gotta make sure it's in good shape and has all the original stuff. They processed my refund fairly quick after they got it back.

Can I buy replacement parts like the HEPA filters or brushes anywhere besides their official site?

T Tom 2 months ago
I've seen some unofficial ones on Amazon, but I always get mine directly from Ultenic. Just to be safe with compatibility and quality.

Yeah, their website is the best for replacement parts. Sometimes they even have accessory bundles on sale there.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a T10 robot vacuum. How long does shipping usually take to, say, Texas?

L Laura 1 month ago
Mine took about a week to get to Houston, maybe a day or two less. Came pretty quick.

I'm in Austin and it was surprisingly fast, like 5 business days for my U12. They ship from within the US I think.

is the T10 robot vacuum comparable to a Roborock S7? trying to decide between the two, mostly for hard floors and some low-pile rugs.

A Anna Walsh 2 months ago
I don't have the S7, but my T10 does a solid job on my hardwood and tile. Mops decently too for light stuff. Roborock is usually pricier, so depends on your budget vs. features.

Roborock is generally seen as a step up, but the T10 is great for the price point. If you want super advanced mapping or really heavy duty mopping, maybe the S7. For everyday cleaning, the T10 is a good bet.

Heard about a 'first order discount'. Is that still a thing for new customers?

R Raj K. 2 months ago
Yeah, I got one when I ordered my U11 Pro a few months ago. Usually pops up when you hit their site or if you sign up for emails.

I think so! Most places offer that. Just keep an eye out when you're browsing, or try signing up for their newsletter before you buy.

I'm looking at the K20 Dual Air Fryer. Are there usually any coupons for the air fryers, or is it mostly for the vacuums?

R Rosa Vargas 2 months ago
They definitely have deals for air fryers sometimes! I saw one around Black Friday for the K10. Keep an eye out during holiday sales.

G Gwen Kaur 2 months ago
Yeah, I've gotten codes for their K10 before, usually like $20-30 off. Sign up for their newsletter, that's where I usually see them first.

Anyone know if you can use more than one coupon code at checkout? Trying to get a bundle deal and maybe a first-time buyer discount.

R Rachel 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. I tried to stack a discount with a free shipping code once and it didn't work.

N Nina J. 1 month ago
They usually only let you use one. It'll say if it's stackable but most times it's not. Pick the biggest discount!

Does anyone know if these vacuums, specifically the robot ones, work with Alexa? Like, 'Alexa, clean the living room' kinda thing?

F Faith Beaumont 1 month ago
Yep, my T10 connects to Alexa fine. I can tell it to start cleaning or go back to the dock. Super convenient.

R Raj 1 month ago
The app is pretty good too, but yes, they do integrate with both Alexa and Google Home. Just link it up in the app.
